National Bihari Kabab Recipe Mix is a bihari style barbeque stripped meat, specially developed by a panel of experts, using the finest ingredients in exactly the right measure. It will enable you to cook delicious meals with ease.
Ingredients:
1.Salt
2.Red Chilli
3.Hairy Cucumber
4.Black & Long Pepper
5.Carom & Cumin Seed
6.Citric Acid
7.Caraway & Onion
8.Cubeb Powder
9.Ginger & Garlic
10.Cardamom
Steps of Cooking:
1.Wash meat and use a sharp knife to make small cuts on the fillets.
2.Heat oil and fry onions till golden brown.
3.Prepare marinade by mixing National Bihari Kabab Recipe Mix, crushed fried onions and all of the above mentioned ing.
4.Coat the fillets with marinade and set it aside for 3 hours.
5.Thread the fillets on skewers and grill on low flame. Turn the skewers periodically to grill evenly.
6.When the Kababs are well done, apply oil.
7.Place marinade in a greased pan or wok.
8.Cook on low flame. When water evaporates and meat is tender. Place a burning coal in the wok/pan and pour 2 tbsp of oil over it and close the lid for 5 minutes.
9.Remove the coal.
10.Serve with Paratha/Roti, Salad and Raita.
